Melaka New Guest House --MARI MARI GUEST HOUSE

" MARI MARI GUEST HOUSE "

Business will start in december.
Good location , 3 mins to Dataran Phalawan shopping centre, Mcdonalds,7/11 convenience shop, 5 mins to Overtime, Movida, Mahkota Parade, 8 mins to Famosa and 12 ~ 15 mins to Jonker street ( All with walking
distance).
There are many Malacca shopping malls to cater to your every need, the largest being Dataran Pahlawan located in the city centre it houses all the brand named shops you would expect of any shopping mall of note. The Mahkota Parade is another large & modern shopping mall centrally located that is also representative of the needs of the average Malacca shopaholic.

Melaka is a popular tourist attraction because of it’s steep history falling back to the 15th Century where the sultanate rules and 16th Century when the Portuguese and Dutch took over before a change of hands to the British empire.St. Paul's Church is a historic church building in MalaccaMalaysia that was originally built in 1521. It is located at the summit of St. Paul's Hill and is today part of the Malacca Museum Complex comprising the A Famosa ruins, the Stadthuys and other historical buildings.

A fountain in front of the Church.

Christ Church is an 18th century Protestant church in the city of MalaccaMalaysia. It is the oldest functioning Protestant church in Malaysia and is within the jurisdiction of the Lower Central Archdeaconry of the Anglican Diocese of West Malaysia.

Jonker Street shopping is not all about antiques & curiosity shops as interspersed between these are a number of cafes serving some excellent local cuisine & entertainment, then there is the Jonker Walk Night Market that springs to life every weekend after 7pm.This charming night time bazaar is popular with the locals & tourists alike & the price on most goods can usually be negotiated. Just about anything can be available at this market from the usual collection of tee shirts, handbags, sandals, watches & jewellery to locally made arts & crafts, gift items & souvenirs to antique porcelain, old coins, silver & brassware, ceramics, furniture.
